NYBL 2008-2009 season just ended and it proved to be a rough season for me... a total of 3 trips to the Emergency Room from the Gym for me... first for being dehydrated and dealing with a virus and then two trips for dislocating my left shoulder! (once in 1st qtr. of a game and then a month later in a practice!)
Still dealing with some therapy and will be working with a trainer at RNE to get back to 100% and working out daily either at the gym or out in the driveway.
Shouts out to the coaches and the team in the meantime ... we are the champs, baby!
